A Platter of cold sliced meats, (e.g. Salami, Ham off the Bone, Chorizo, Chicken Breast), served with handmade Chilli and Red Pepper Jam.

Poached Whole Salmon Dressed with Smoked Salmon and Cucumber, served with lemon wedges and dill mayonnaise.  [Min of 20 heads for this option]

Handmade Whole Sundried Tomato and Vegetable Tart (V).
